Necesary documents

• certificate of death - issued by the doctor
• the deceased’s original birth certificate (if not available Adio Ltd provides it on request)
• identity card or passport
• passport in case death happened abroad (not in the European Union)
• original marriage certificate
• certificate of divorce
• death certificate –issued by the registry office (Adio Ltd provides it on request)
• the previously deceased wife or husband’s death certificate (copy is enough)
